What’s not included
- Hosting and domain fees: these are agreed separately at the start of your project.
- Bigger changes: new pages, new features or a redesign are quoted and agreed before any work starts.
- Third-party services: booking tools, payment providers and email platforms keep their own pricing and terms.

Do I need website maintenance?
It’s optional. Your website works without it, but maintenance means someone watches it, keeps it backed up and fixes small problems before your customers notice them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time with 30 days’ notice. Cancelling stops the maintenance only; your website stays online.
When does it start?
Once your new website goes live. You can choose a plan when we agree your project, or add one later.
My website was built by someone else. Can you look after it?
Start with the free website check. I’ll tell you honestly whether it can be looked after as it is, or needs a fix or a redesign first.
Is hosting included?
No. Maintenance is separate from hosting, which is agreed at the start of your project.
