A shared, real-time workspace for an event or festival team: every visiting company’s status in traffic lights, live location tracking, a schedule with clash checks, room and accommodation booking, a built-in weather forecast with wind alerts, and an emergency sheet with emergency numbers. Logins and roles mean everyone sees what their job needs.

Do you sell ready-made software, or build it custom?
Custom. The system fits the way your team works: you decide which details, deadlines and areas of work to track, rather than adapting to an off-the-shelf tool.
Can we use it on phones at the venue?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers with nothing to install, so the crew can see everything on site.
Who can see the data?
Only the people you give access to. Logins and roles decide who can edit and who can only view.
How much does a system like this cost?
It depends on how many modules you need. Simpler systems start from the web app packages; larger ones are quoted after a consultation, in writing and agreed upfront.
