Case study

Northline Gas & Heating

Local Trades Website (Plumbing & Heating)

A clear, mobile-friendly website for a local heating engineer, built to make it easy for visitors to request a quote.

The problem

Customers want answers fast, and many tradespeople have no website

Someone looking for a plumber or heating engineer wants to know quickly: do you cover my area, what do you do, can I trust you and how do I reach you? Many small trade businesses have no website at all, or a page that is hard to read on a phone, so the call goes to someone else.

The solution

Everything a customer needs on the first screen

The site puts opening hours, emergency call-outs, phone, email and the area covered right at the top, followed by a clear headline, a “Request a quote” button and four reasons to choose the business. A short list of services explains what’s on offer in plain words, and the whole page works on desktop, tablet and phone.

Key features

What makes it work

Contact details at the top

Opening hours, emergency call-outs, phone, email and the area covered are visible before anything else.

Clear calls to action

“Request a quote” and “Get in touch” are always within reach, so customers know the next step.

Trust points at a glance

Local and independent, clear upfront pricing, tidy work and fully insured, shown in a strip under the headline.

A simple list of services

Boiler servicing, repairs, diagnostics and heating installations, explained in a few plain lines each.

For your business

A simple website for a local trade

Plumbers, electricians, heating engineers and other local trades don’t need a complicated site. They need one that answers the customer’s questions and makes it easy to call or ask for a quote. That’s what I build for small businesses, sized to your budget.
