Onboarding material is scattered, and nobody knows who has finished
Company onboarding often lives in PDFs, slide decks and email threads. There’s no reliable way to tell who has actually finished, or whether they took it in, clicking through is easy. Managers can’t see who is properly trained.

Structured courses with quizzes, certificates and a completion dashboard
LaunchTrack splits training into modules that unlock in order, ends each one with a quiz that needs 90% to pass, and creates a PDF certificate automatically. A dashboard shows managers who has really finished. Training is easier for staff to follow and easier for the company to document. The interface is available in English and Hungarian.
