Case study

Anne Hair Studio

Website with Integrated Booking System

A simple website for a one-person hair studio, with a price list, opening hours and an integrated online booking system.

The problem

A one-person salon has no time to answer the same questions all day

What do you offer, what does it cost, when are you open and how do I book? If the answers are hard to find, clients go to the salon that makes it easy. A small studio needs a website that answers all of this at a glance, without taking up the owner’s time.

The solution

The answers and a booking button on one clear page

The first section introduces the studio’s cuts, colour and styling services in Bath. The “Book appointment” button opens the online booking calendar. Clients can check starting prices, browse the full price list and see the opening hours. The “Book your visit” section has the phone number, email and address, so everything is easy to find. The site works on desktop, tablet and phone.

Key features

What makes it work

Booking made easy

Clients can book from the menu or the top of the page. On a phone, the call and booking buttons stay on screen as they scroll. The booking calendar lets them choose a day and time that works for them, and a “See you soon!” message confirms the booking. They can also use the “Book your visit” section to send a message, call or email the studio.

A full price list

The price list has its own link in the menu. A fringe trim is £10, full-head highlights start at £95, and the consultation and patch test are free. Clients can check the prices before they book.

Opening hours, day by day

A weekly table shows every day, open Tuesday to Saturday, late opening on Thursday, closed on Sunday and Monday, so clients know when they can come.

A friendly, personal tone

The introduction explains that the stylist sees one client at a time, gives honest advice and offers a free consultation before colouring. If clients are unsure what to book, they can simply describe what they have in mind.

For your business

A simple website for a one-person business

A one-person salon, studio or practice doesn’t need a big website. It needs a clear site that shows the work, lists prices and opening hours, and lets clients book online. That’s the kind of site I build for small businesses, with the features planned around your budget.
