Privacy Policy

Amethyst Nexalune is a UK-based sole trader business run by Anasztázia. This page explains what personal information we handle when you visit this website or get in touch, and what we do with it. We handle very little personal information and do not sell it.

What we collect

If you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, whatever you write, and which package you select, if any. We use this to reply and to carry out any work you ask us to do. We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to manage our relationship with you, then delete it.

Jotform provides the chat assistant, which loads with the page and appears in its own chat launcher. When you chat with it, your messages and the assistant's replies are stored by Jotform so that we can read the conversation and follow up. If you share your name, email address or other details during the conversation, we use them only to reply to your enquiry. Jotform uses its own AI providers to generate the replies.

The chat also offers an optional voice mode. Your browser asks for your permission before the microphone is used, and you can refuse it and simply type instead. If you use voice mode, what you say is processed by Jotform to take part in the conversation.

If you use the free website check, the web address you type is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights to run the test, and the results are shown to you on screen. We don't store the address or the results. Our server also reads the site's public robots.txt and llms.txt files to see whether AI assistants are allowed in. To stop misuse we limit how many checks one connection can run, which means briefly remembering its IP address in memory (for up to 30 minutes), nothing is written to a database.

If you book a free consultation through our booking page (book.amethyst-nexalune.co.uk), we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and any message you add, along with the date and time you choose. This is stored securely so we can confirm and manage the appointment, and deleted once it's no longer needed.

We measure traffic using Vercel's own privacy-friendly analytics (our hosting provider), it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security purposes.

In cookie preferences, you can allow Google Analytics to measure page visits and general traffic sources, and HubSpot to record which pages visitors view before contacting us. Google Analytics and HubSpot stay off unless you enable them in cookie preferences.

Third parties

• Resend, delivers the details you submit through the contact form and the package enquiry form to our inbox.
• HubSpot, our customer management system (CRM). When you send a message through the contact or enquiry form, your name, email address, phone number and website (if you give them) and your message are saved there so we can reply and follow up. If you accept cookies, HubSpot also records which pages of this site you visited. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly spam check on our contact, enquiry, and booking forms and on the free website check. It may process some technical browser information (such as your IP address) to assess whether a submission is from a bot; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
• Jotform, runs the chat assistant and stores the conversations, including any contact details you share in them.
• Google PageSpeed Insights, runs the free website check on the address you enter and returns the results; operated by Google.
• Google Firebase, stores your booking details (name, email, phone, message, appointment time) securely so we can manage consultation bookings; operated by Google.
• Resend, sends the booking confirmation and reminder emails on our behalf.
• Vercel, our hosting provider (including the booking page), and also provides our cookie-free traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics, measures how visitors use the site (pages, referrers, rough location). Only runs if you accept it in the cookie notice; the data is processed by Google, including in the US.
• Google Search Console, helps us see how the site appears in Google Search results (e.g. which searches it shows up for, how many people click through). This only measures the site's search performance, not your personal browsing data.

We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

Necessary storage keeps your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) and HubSpot cookies (such as __hstc and hubspotutk) are used only when you enable their categories. Jotform chat loads with the page. When you use it, Jotform processes and stores the conversation. We don't use advertising cookies. Vercel's analytics and normal page delivery don't rely on cookies.

International transfers

Some of the third parties above (including Jotform, Google Firebase, Resend, and Cloudflare) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they're responsible for putting appropriate safeguards in place under UK GDPR, we choose providers that offer this.

Legal basis

Where we process personal information, we rely on legitimate interests, responding to enquiries and running our business, under UK GDPR.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Anasztázia, trading as Amethyst Nexalune, registered at Suite 703, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, DA16 3QQ, UK. Amethyst Nexalune is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC219013. For any privacy-related question, including requests to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, get in touch via the contact page.

Children's privacy

This site and its services are aimed at business owners, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we add features that change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
