Amethyst Nexalune is a UK-based sole trader business run by Anasztázia. This page explains what personal information we handle when you visit this website or get in touch, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and we don't sell any of it.
What we collect
If you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, whatever you write, and which package you select, if any. We use this to reply and to carry out any work you ask us to do. We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to manage our relationship with you, then delete it.
If you talk to the AI chat assistant on the site, your messages are sent to Groq to generate a reply — these aren't stored long-term on our own systems. If you share your name or email during the conversation, we use that to follow up with you.
We measure traffic using Vercel's own privacy-friendly analytics (our hosting provider) — it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security purposes.
Third parties
- Web3Forms — delivers the details you submit through the contact form and the chat to us.
- Groq — processes the messages you send the chat assistant, to generate a reply.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, and also provides our traffic analytics.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts on this site; this means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Google Search Console — helps us see how the site appears in Google Search results (e.g. which searches it shows up for, how many people click through). This only measures the site's search performance, not your personal browsing data.
We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no cookie banner because there's nothing to opt into. Our analytics (Vercel) and error-free page delivery don't rely on cookies either.
International transfers
Some of the third parties above (including Groq and Google) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they're responsible for putting appropriate safeguards in place under UK GDPR — we choose providers that offer this.
Legal basis
Where we process personal information, we rely on legitimate interests — responding to enquiries and running our business — under UK GDPR.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Amethyst Nexalune is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC219013. Children's privacy
This site and its services are aimed at business owners, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we add features that change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
